Where do we ship? Everywhere, or, more precisely, anywhere there is a postal system. How much that shipping costs can be quite variable depending on where in the world you are as well as the precise dimensions of your order, but we've put together a few guiding principles that should answer your questions. Orders take 1-3 days top prepare for shipping. We will send you an email when your order ships out. Depending on your order, we may ship items separately. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within an hour of placing your order, if you need to change your shipping address. Like snowflakes, each package is unique as are the conditions under which they are shipped; therefore, your arrival time may vary depending on the weather or other unfortunate events.
We use the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx to fufill our orders. Rates start at $6. Usually, orders take one week to arrive. Want it faster? If faster shipping is available, you'll see the option and price at checkout. We do not require a siqnature for delivery. If your order is under $50, we ship USPS and can ship to a PO Box. If your order is over $50, we use FedEx, so we cannot ship to your PO Box.
For orders outside the United States, we use USPS First Class and International Parcel Post. Rates start at $12. Usually, orders take two to four weeks to arrive, depending on your location and customs' high jinks. All customs fees, taxes and other charges are your responsibility. We do not require a signature for delivery. If tracking information is available, we will send it to you in your shipping notification email.
We can rush shipping, but we can't rush perfection. That means, the time to produce your one-of-a-kind works of art remains the same (1-3 days), regardless of which shipping option you choose. Also, please note that FedEx 2-day counts business days (Monday through Friday).
If an order is returned to us, there is a charge for re-delivery.
